WE''LL CHANGE THE WAY YOU SEE THE WORLD.
Once upon a time, and not so very long ago, an ocean liner was the only way to see the world. Well, here at Azamara, we believe it still is.
In the span of one vacation, you can journey to multiple destinations with no packing or unpacking...or leaving items behind in the process. You don''t have to worry about missing a connecting flight or extra transportation costs, let alone finding a parking spot. (And on Azamara''s smaller-sized ships, we can drop you off at the doorsteps of great cities like Nice, Seville, and Hong Kong.)
With the added convenience of "a floating hotel" that follows you all over the world, your accommodation costs are already covered. So you can spend more time enjoying your vacation, and a lot less time -and money- on figuring out where you are going to stay. When you go cruising, not only do you have a variety of restaurants to choose from, but your meals are also included along the way (and on Azamara ships, your drinks are, too).
And while planes, trains, and automobiles offer less than spacious seating and practically nothing to entertain you, on a cruise you''ll be able to unwind in between ports with a wide choice of complimentary activities, nightly shows, and enrichment programs, or enjoy a little "me time" with spa treatments and personal training sessions. Finally, at the end of the day, you can fall asleep in a wonderfully comfortable stateroom with all the amenities of a boutique hotel, complete with 24-hour room service, and then wake up in a new town or country...or even continent.
So really, when you think about it, the question shouldn''t be, "Why cruise?" but "Why not?"
Step aboard the new Azamara Onward℠, and arrive at the doorstep of the globe’s most hidden gems and storied cities. Built to cross oceans, cruise along scenic waterways and dock at locations larger ships can’t access — this small ship cruising experience is unlike any other
Throughout your journey, you’ll find so many ways to immerse yourself in your travels. Our thoughtfully-planned itineraries feature more extended stays, more overnights, and unique night touring, giving you more time for what matters — experiencing the history, arts, cuisine, and local customs that make each port memorable.
Our ships are perfectly sized to cross oceans, sail into intimate rivers, cruise along scenic waterways, and dock at locations bigger ships can't reach. From the doorsteps of Bangkok, to the city center of Bordeaux, the heart of Seville, and within a short walk to Hong Kong's buzzing nightlife.
We offer many bars, lounges and gathering spots including: Discoveries Bar, Mosaic Cafe and Mosaic@Night, The Living Room, Cabaret Lounge, and poolside entertainment, including local musicians and dancers when available.

Discover the cosmopolitan beauty of Miami along Florida's fabled Gold Coast. Stroll through carefully preserved Art Deco neighborhoods and witness the trendy lifestyle that is South Beach. Enjoy open-air shopping in the Bayside Marketplace and shop for a bite to eat in Coconut Grove, with its harborside cafes and quaint, artistic settings.
Charlotte Amalie is the Danish-flavored capital where it's fun to stroll and shop, especially if you're a U.S. citizen with double duty-free allowances. Hop a ferry to the nearby island of St. John, to snorkel or walk the nature trails, or head over to Magens Bay resort, listed as one of the world's most beautiful beaches.
...St. Kitts is still relatively uncrowded, and the white-sand beaches stretch for miles. The 18th century architecture of St. Kitts is magnificent, and the extravagant man-made buildings are complemented fantastically by the lush rain forests that encapsulate the majority of the island. This is exactly what makes St. Kitts so incredibly exciting. The diversity all around the island is amazing, as locals can be seen shirtless wearing sandals, while others prefer to suit up in thousand dollar linens, while sipping martinis in one of the posh dining facilities.
Just recently, St. Lucia, and Castries in particular, has become one of the most popular regions for tourists. The accommodations and facilities are top of the line, and the restaurants and activities fabulous. The majority of travelers reside between Castries, which is the capital of St. Lucia, and the northern end of the island. The entire north side of the island is comprised of white-sand beaches to dazzle even the most seasoned and experienced traveler.
The Bajan British accent is very distinctive, reflecting both the Scepter'd Isle and the lovely one they live on. Barbados still has lovely parish churches, great manor houses and a proper Trafalgar Square along with white-sugar beaches and waving fields of cane.
St. John's, Antigua is one of the oldest trading posts in the Caribbean Sea. It is a mixture of restored buildings that date back to the 1600s and some more modern buildings. One of the great things about St. John's is that most of the sights are within walking distance; so go explore the town as soon as you disembark. As you take a stroll along the streets lining the wharf, you will notice vendors hawking everything from clothing to local crafts, artwork, and jewelry. The Public Market is arrayed with an assortment of tropical fruits that you may not recognize. If you are up for a little bit adventure, sample something that appeals to you. Just make sure to ask if it needs any preparation first.
