Rotterdam Dining Room: features impeccable service and an extensive wine list. Five-course menus include continental cuisine, vegetarian and low-carb options.

Canaletto Restaurant: Named for a famous 18th-century Venetian artist, Canaletto is your destination onboard for an intimate Italian dinner. The evening begins with the chef's selection of antipasti with a taste of the delicious fare and personal, polished service to follow.

Lido Restaurant: offers a relaxed ambiance for all three meals and features a variety of fresh, cooked-to-order specialties.

The Culinary Arts Center, presented by Food & Wine magazine: our state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen for gourmet presentations, tasting events and intimate cooking classes.

Mix: an innovative meeting place featuring three specialty venues: Champagne, for mid-day mimosas or anytime celebrations; Martinis, for Grey Goose cocktails and martini flights; and Spirits & Ales for microbrews, single malts and sports updates.

Explorations Cafe, powered by The New York Times: a comfortable, coffee house environment where you can browse through an extensive library, surf the Internet and check email or simply read the morning paper.

Lido Restaurant

Lido Restaurant offers relaxed dining featuring a variety of selections. Breakfasts feature pancakes, fresh fruit, omelets and more. Lunch, choices include sushi, pizza, gourmet sandwiches and an extensive salad bar. In the evening, enjoy entrees from both the Lido and the main Dining Room.

Dancing with the Stars: At Sea

Whether you like to Tango or Quickstep, or enjoy watching sizzling dance performances, you can experience the excitement of ABC's hit show Dancing with the Stars: At Sea on board Holland America Line.

Cruise guests can learn the steps, meet the stars, and join the fun. Six feature theme cruises offer an in depth Dancing with the Stars: At Sea experience with dance lessons from the pros, a question-and-answer session, photo opportunities and a dazzling production with the stars and glamorous costuming from the show.

In addition to the theme cruises, all 15 ships in the Holland America Line fleet will feature exclusive Dancing with the Stars: At Sea dance lessons developed by the show's professionals and lead by the onboard dance team. California's Santa Barbara is located in the southwestern region of the state in Santa Barbara County. The city of Santa Barbara is the largest city in Santa Barbara County. One of Santa Barbara's best assets would be its beaches. One of the recommended beaches would be the West Beach which is located right in between the wharf and the marina and is perfect for a relaxing day at the beach. Another recommended beach would be the Leadbetter Beach which is well known for family activities and swimming and is provides the ideal picnic experience.

California's Monterey is located on in the Midwestern coast of the state in Monterey County. The original inhabitants were the Native Americans of the Esselen, Ohlone, and Salinan tribe then thereafter the Europeans arrived. Back in 1542, Monterey Bay's first discoverer was European Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo who declared it to be Spain's. Monterey's name was derived after Count of Monte Rey (viceroy of New Spain) by Sabastian Vizcaino who was the first it set foot in Monterey in December of 1602. The city was founded back in 1770 and later incorporated n 1850.

Sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge and into San Francisco's broad bay will surely be a highlight of your cruising life. Once docked along the Embarcadero, you're just a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, North Beach and other attractions that make this one of the world's favorite cities. The scenic Napa Valley wine country is nearby, too.

Its British heritage is apparent in the double-decker buses, the Royal British Columbia Museum and High Tea at the Empress Hotel. Located in the midst of mountains and water, Seattle's scenery is truly a sight to see. Along with the alluring appearance of Seattle it also entails plenty of entertainment and attractions. If you're a sports fanatic, Seattle offers games by the Seattle Seahawks, Sonics, Angels or the Rainier's. If you acquire more of an artsy taste, Seattle also provides museums such as the Bellevue Art Museum, Frye Art Museum, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Asian Art Museum, and the Henry Art Gallery. For those of you who are more into Science and History, you'll be more interested in the Burke Museum, Museum of Flight, Museum of History and Industry, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Aquarium, etc. No matter what your preference includes, Seattle accommodates all.
