One of the healthiest cuisines to exist, The Grill features lava stone cooking at its finest. Sourced from volcanic rock and placed in an oven to reach an optimum temperature of 400o C, The Grill invites guests to cook their food directly at their table. Place your meat, fish or vegetables on top of the grill stone or inside the soup bowl, and then simply cook to your very own taste. Every bite is cooked to perfection, time after time. With the stone cooking available in the evenings only, The Grill becomes a daytime rotisserie and gourmet salad and burger bar, offering build your own burgers from the best selections of meat.

La Dame

After a day of trekking through tundra and whale watching, indulge in an evening of palette pampering, where fine wines are complemented by a set tasting menu of regionally-inspired dishes in an intimate, elegant setting. Founded by Pizarro and the Conquistadors, the capital city today offers priceless collections ranging from the Museum of Gold to the Museum of Anthropology and Archeology. Pizarro's remains can be found in the Cathedral, built in 1746. From Lima, you can also take a tour to Machu Picchu, the mysterious lost city of the Incas high in the Andes, or to Cuzco, the capital of the Incan Empire.

Puerto Deseado is a beautiful city on the Atlantic coast of Santa Cruz and sitting on the northern bank of the Deseado creek. With its deep blue water and endless sea, bays, cliffs and capes Puerto Deseado has become an economically active fishing and tourist location. With its large populations of birds, marine mammals and typical fauna, Santa Crus has opened several natural reservations in Puerto Deseado; including the Deseado creek. Its most known Natural Monument is the "Bosue Petrificado" (Petrified Forest), located to the South west of the Jaramillo station in a depression called Bajo del Guanaco.
